Smear Campaign
The preamble to the Code of Judicial Conduct makes clear that disciplinary action against a judge is inappropriate where the alleged transgressions are such as those against former Judge Squire and where there exists no pattern of improper activity.
How does one establish a pattern of Squire’s intemperate conduct in her courtroom when it clearly does not exist? Just ask Franklin County Domestic Relations Judges:
Judge Jim Mason
Judge Dana Preisse
WHAT PART OF THE DEFINITION OF UNDERMINING
DO THESE JUDGES FAIL TO COMPREHEND?
The local media monopoly in Columbus, Ohio joins the campaign to smear Squire. Does anyone see a problem with court judges undermining a fellow judge, lying against that fellow judge and then using and abusing the Disciplinary process to get rid of that fellow judge? |
