Why should Ohio citizens be concerned that the Ohio Supreme Court and it's Disciplinary Counsel have trampled on truth and denied basic due process rights in the case of former Judge Carole Squire?

Welcome to JudicialSins.com -- a web site dedicated to advancing truth concerning disciplinary charges against former Franklin County Domestic Relations Judge Carole Squire.  In addition to working to clear her name and restore her reputation, JudicialSins.com is dedicated to exposing the gross miscarriage of justice that has trampled the rights of Squire, along with that of Ohio families.

The Supreme Court of Ohio's Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline filed its Final Report in the Ohio Supreme Court on March 19, 2007. The Justices of the Ohio Supreme Court, relying upon findings riddled with lies, misstatements of the law and mischaracterizations of evidence, ordered Squire be suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years (one year stayed) based on complaints filed in four (4) cases out of 30,000+ that were assigned to her during her six year judicial term.

Why should Franklin County voters care that the Administrative Judge lied about Judge Squire to attorneys appearing before the court?

Please explore this site to learn for yourself the truth concerning the four cases which are the subject of the disciplinary charges that resulted in Squire's suspension from the practice of law.

Former Judge Carole Squire has promoted family healing since her career began in 1977, and has fought for the rights of the poor, the abused and neglected/dependent children, the  mentally and physically disabled, as well as a host of other families engaged in uphill battles fighting for justice and truth in the Franklin County, Ohio Domestic Relations court system.

Squire has a deep desire to reform the Domestic Relations Court in Franklin County.  It should be a court which includes juvenile cases, such as cases involving Franklin County Children's Services PCC's (Permanent Custody Commitments), on the Franklin County elected judges' dockets.   Squire envisions a family court which strongly advocates mediation, resulting in far fewer contested divorces and less family destruction.  Former Judge Carole Squire truly believes in putting the needs of the children first!

Join in the fight to clear former Judge Carole Squire's name and the work to advance reform of the Franklin County Domestic Relations Court.  Ohio children are counting on your help!

Why should Franklin County voters be concerned that Administrative Judge James Mason unlawfully interfered with and prevented her from discharging the judicial duties which the voters elected her to perform?

Because he abused his power by preventing Judge Squire from hearing the cases of abused children. He interfered with her right to do what all duly elected judges have an inherent right to do. Judge Squire fought for the abused children of Franklin County during her term as judge. This should matter to all those who believe in protecting the most vulnerable members of our society.
